In person therapy is offered from our office on Wausau’s west side.

Teleheath services offer convenient access to mental health therapy from where ever you find yourself in the State of Wisconsin. We utilize a secure, HIPPA compliant platform to connect for therapy appointments.

For centuries, women have gathered in circles to connect and heal. The Postpartum Nature Circle offers a gentle space for regulation and support through connection with nature, one another, and our babies. This group includes psychoeducation on nervous system regulation, space to share both the highs and lows of the postpartum period, and information about caring for your mental health during this time.

The group is open to mothers and their babies (up to 12 months old). At this time, we are unable to accommodate older siblings in the group.
